On February 18, Beijing Time, the 2nd ‘Wind Power Leader’ Technology Innovation Forum was held in Beijing. During the forum, the results of ‘Wind Power Leader’ award were announced, and SANY Renewable Energy won four awards, including ‘Annual Best Innovation Award’, ‘Best Onshore Wind Turbine Award’, ‘Best Spare Parts Award’ and ‘Best Service Product Award’. SANY Renewable Energy’s strengths in product and technology were highly recognized by the wind energy market.

01: The Leader of Intelligent Manufacturing

SANY Renewable Energy won the ‘Best Innovation of the Year Award’ for its industry-leading innovation in the field of intelligent manufacturing after authoritative selection. With the key technologies of vision identification, robot assembly, AGV and wireless transmission, SANY Renewable Energy has realized automation, digitalization and intelligent upgrading, and built several automated operation areas. Moreover, based on the equipment industrial Internet platform, MES system, SCADA data acquisition system and digital twin system, the production and manufacturing are fully connected, and the key data are collected and monitored in real time.

02: The Pioneer of  Large-megawatts Wind Turbines

SANY Renewable Energy's 6.25MW wind turbine was awarded the ‘Best Onshore Wind Turbine Award’ by the authoritative selection. SANY Renewable Energy has taken the lead in commercializing 6.XMW and 7.XMW onshore wind turbines in batches, leading China's wind energy industry into the ‘Big Megawatt Era’.

SANY Renewable Energy's 6.5MW doubly-fed induction generator was awarded the ‘Wind Energy Leader’ Best Spare Parts Award by the authoritative selection. SANY Renewable Energy has been designing and developing and producing generators completely independently since 2010, and the first generator was operated in Kulun wind farm in 2010, which has 13 years of operating experience so far. More than ten years of practice in the development and production of complete machines and components has given SANY Renewable Energy a strong competitive advantage in collaborative innovation.

After the authoritative selection, SANY Renewable Energy's ‘Smart Wind Turbine Intelligent Warning Function Enhancement’ won the Best Service Product Award of 'Wind Energy Leader'. In order to reduce the failure rate of wind turbines and reduce the maintenance cost of wind turbines, SANY Renewable Energy has developed more than 90 fault warning models, covering more than 100 major faults, which can realize the early warning of wind turbine faults and reduce the failure rate of wind turbines components through early intervention and early rectification, thus greatly saving fan maintenance costs.
