On April 18, 2023 (UTC + 8), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in China jointly organized the fourth event of the "Ambassadors Face to Face with Chinese Ministries" series. Over 110 diplomats from embassies and representatives of international organizations in China were invited to witness China's advancements in intelligent manufacturing and Informatization technology. As one of the leaders in the manufacturing industry, SANY Renewable Energy provided a tour of its Intelligent 5G factory, demonstrating the company's lean management, green and intelligent manufacturing capabilities.
In the SANY's intelligent 5G factory in Beijing, there is no noise and odor. From the sorting of small steel plates to the assembly of more than 10 tons of masts, all tasks are performed automatically by robots. This level of automation is made possible by 5G+IIoT, which enables the 8 flexible production centers, 16 intelligent production lines, and 500 production machines in the factory to seamlessly communicate and collaborate throughout the entire manufacturing process.
Upon visiting the intelligent production line of large pile drivers and wind power equipment, Christian Mancheno, Minister of the Embassy of Ecuador in China, was impressed by the advanced technology on display. "China's commitment to promoting intelligent and green development in the manufacturing industry has resulted in stable, reliable, and efficient production, which is a valuable lesson for Ecuador to learn from," he said. "We hope to deepen our cooperation with China in fields such as the digital economy, information and communication, and work together towards a more robust, green, and healthy global development."
China has established a modern industrial system with a large scale and a full range of products.
