The longest wind turbine blade onshore was launched!

The SANY Renewable Energy Digital Platform Factory Open Day was successfully held on March 22nd at the SANY Renewable Energy Super Blade Factory in Shaoshan, Hunan Province.

During the event, SANY Renewable Energy's 104-meter onshore wind turbine blade was officially launched, breaking the world record of the longest onshore wind turbine blade. The independently developed digital platform was also officially released. On the same day, the Digital Intelligence Forum on Development of Large Megawatt Wind Turbines and Ultra-Long Blades was successfully held.

Mr. Zhou Fugui, Chairman of SANY Renewable Energy, attended the event and delivered a speech. According to him, innovation is the fundamental foundation of intelligent production. Relying on Shaoshan Super Blade Factory's industry-leading technology and equipment, the perception of the wind turbine blade industry as a labor-intensive one has been changed. 

SANY Renewable Energy will keep working to raise the level of automation and intelligence in the future. SANY Renewable Energy is willing to collaborate with the whole industry to drive the energy revolution and promote the realization of "carbon neutrality" in human society.

With SANY Renewable Energy releasing its independently researched and manufactured 104-meter onshore wind turbine blade, China's onshore wind turbine blade officially enters the "100m+ era". 

The SY1040A wind turbine blade, with a length of 104 meters, will fit the SANY's products of 8.5–11 MW wind turbine platform. The blade features stable power generation performance, a safe and dependable structure, and superior blade shape and structural design. 

The blade improves its design and weight to an industry-leading level through the use of high-performance materials and a modular construction method. It will also significantly meet the need for big megawatt wind turbine blades from machine manufacturers in the future.
