On January 24, the 2026 China Wind Energy New Year Tea Reception was held in Beijing, bringing together over 800 representatives from government departments at all levels, the wind power industry chain, universities, and research institutes to discuss the development of wind power. During the event, the winners of the 2025 "China Wind Energy Professionals" awards were announced, with SANY Renewable Energy receiving four honors.
The Jilin Electric Power Da'an Integrated Wind-Solar-Green Hydrogen-Ammonia Demonstration Project — the world's largest single-phase green synthetic ammonia project supplied in part by SANY Renewable Energy — has been honored with the "China Wind Energy Professionals · Innovation Pioneer Award."The project features a mixed installation of 50 units of SANY Renewable Energy 5.0MW steel-tower wind turbines and 8 units of 6.25MW hybrid-tower wind turbines. By innovatively implementing a system model of "integration of generation, grid, load, and storage; green hydrogen consuming green power; and green ammonia carrying green hydrogen," and leveraging advanced power management and flexible control technologies, it achieves complete self-consumption and on-site utilization of all green electricity generated by its wind farms.
The successful implementation of this project has validated the technical feasibility and systemic economic viability of the fully integrated wind-to-green-hydrogen-to-green-ammonia chain, providing a replicable, scalable engineering model and a practical benchmark for comprehensive renewable energy utilization projects.
Guo Wei of SANY Renewable Energy was honored with the "China Wind Energy Professionals · Youth Pioneer Award". As the infusion process team leader at SANY Renewable Energy's Shaoshan Blade Factory, he led his team in successfully overcoming multiple seasonal technical challenges—including whitening on the blade root surface, balsa whitening, and PVC whitening—significantly enhancing the quality stability and climate adaptability of blade production.
Chen Xinwang of SANY Renewable Energy Marketing Company has been awarded the "China Wind Energy Professionals · Advanced Worker" honor, in recognition of his unremitting efforts and selfless dedication to promoting efficient collaboration and orderly growth in the wind power industry.
With its outstanding performance and immense popularity during the wind energy exhibition, SANY Renewable Energy was honored with the "CWP2025 Popularity & Engagement Award" at the 2025 Beijing International Wind Energy Conference & Exhibition (CWP2025).At the 2025 exhibition, under the theme "Shared Value, Reliable Partnership," SANY Renewable Energy showcased the industry's first fully site‑adaptive onshore wind turbine series—the SI‑242—along with its full lifecycle validation system and self‑developed core components. Through these displays, the company demonstrated the "reliable" foundation underlying the "high value" of wind power, earning dedicated coverage by CCTV's News Live program.
